• Full Refund (100%) if canceled within 48 hours of booking confirmation and before materials are purchased.

• Partial Refund (50%) if canceled after on-site consultation but before materials are ordered.

• No Refund once material orders have been placed and work has commenced, unless we fail to meet agreed project timelines.

• Refunds for Project Delays: If delays are caused by our team beyond 30 days of agreed timelines (except due to client unavailability), we offer a 10% refund for inconvenience.
